You'll need your order number and shipping postcode to create your return. If you don't have your packing slip handy, just search your inbox for your TIEM order confirmation email to find your order number.
TIEM will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Please note: If you have installed an SPD cleat into your cycling shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has subsequently been removed) as this damages the soleplate.
If you'd like to return your item(s) for a refund, please start the return process via our returns portal. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund. We recommend shipping your item using a tracked service.
Need a different size? No problem. Exchange your shoes for another pair at no cost using our returns portal. You'll be provided with a free return shipping label as you process your return on our portal.
Received TIEM's as a gift but not the colour/size you were hoping for? All good, just start the return process above and we'll get you set up.
For orders outside of the United Kingdom, returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense, however if an exchange is required we will cover the cost to ship the exchange back to you.
We're usually pretty quick at processing returns, however during busier periods please allow 5 business days to process your return or exchange from the date it is received at our warehouse.
If the new item you're selecting is more, you will have the opportunity to pay the difference using our returns portal.
If the new item you're selecting is less, you'll be provided with a refund or store credit for the balance.
If the item you would like to exchange is out of stock, they you can either choose an alternative model or contact us at hello@tiemathletic.co.uk for a restock date.
Alternatively we can issue a full refund if you prefer.

Once your return has been processed we'll ship your order the same day on a 48hrs Royal Mail service. You will receive a confirmation email once dispatched.
As soon as your return is processed, we will refund your order the same day. The refund will show within a few working days depending on your bank.
