David Lloyd Competition T&C's

1.1 This prize draw ("the Promotion") is organised by David Lloyd Health & Fitness B.V
[Peter Zuidlaan 30, 5502 NH Veldhoven, Netherlands], KvK [17111830] ("the Promoter").

1.2 The prizes are supplied by TIEM Athletic ("TIEM"). TIEM is not the organiser
of the Promotion and is not responsible for its conduct, but is responsible for
fulfilling and delivering the prizes as set out in section 6.

1.3 The Promotion is a small promotional game of chance and is organised in
accordance with the Dutch Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen.

### 2. Promotional period

2.1 The Promotion runs from [00:01 CET on 14th September 2026] to [23:59 CET on
20th September 2026] inclusive ("the Promotional Period").

2.2 Entries recorded outside the Promotional Period will not be counted.

### 3. Who can enter

3.1 Entry is open to David Lloyd Capelle Club members aged 18 or over who hold a current, active membership at David Lloyd Capelle at the time of entry and at the time of the draw.

3.2 The following are not eligible to enter: employees, contractors and
instructors of the Promoter or of TIEM, and members of their immediate
households; and members whose membership is suspended, frozen or in arrears at
the time of the draw.

3.3 No purchase is necessary. There is no entry fee and no cost to participate
beyond the member's existing class booking arrangements.

### 4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, a member must attend one of the listed group indoor cycling class at
David Lloyd Capelle during the Promotional Period, accompanied by a guest who is not a David Lloyd member ("a Guest").

4.2 Both the member and the Guest must attend and take part in the same class.
The Guest must be registered at reception under the club's standard guest
procedure before the class begins, and both attendances must be recorded on the
club's booking system. **Attendance recorded by the club's system is the sole
record of entry.** Members are responsible for checking that their attendance
and their Guest's attendance have been correctly registered.

4.3 A Guest must be aged 18 or over and must not hold a David Lloyd membership
at any club, and must not have held one within the [previous 3 months].

4.4 Each qualifying class attendance earns one entry into the draw.

4.5 A member may enter a maximum of once during the Promotional Period.

4.6 A member may bring the same Guest a maximum of once. Each subsequent
visit by that Guest during the Promotional Period will not generate a further
entry.

4.7 Normal club rules on guest visits, guest passes and any associated charges
continue to apply and are not altered by this Promotion.

4.8 Entries are personal to the member. Entries may not be transferred, sold or
pooled.

### 5. The draw

5.1 There will be one winner in total, drawn from the entries recorded at
David Lloyd Capelle.

5.2 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries recorded at
David Lloyd Capelle during the Promotional Period.

5.3 The draw will take place on or before 30th September 2026 and will be conducted
by David Lloyd Health & Fitness

5.4 The Promoter's decision is final in respect of all matters relating to the
Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into, save for the complaints
procedure at section 11.

### 6. The prize

6.1 The winner will receive one pair of TIEM indoor cycling shoes together with a
set of compatible cleats.

6.2 The approximate retail value of each prize is €160, including the cleats. Total prize value across the Promotion is €320.

6.3 The winner chooses their preferred model, colour and size from the range
available at tiemathletic.co.uk at the time of claim, subject to stock
availability. Cleats supplied will be SPD.

6.4 If the winner's chosen model, colour or size is unavailable, TIEM will offer
the closest available alternative of equal or greater value. There is no cash
alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

6.5 Shipping is free to mainland Europe. Delivery outside mainland Europe is not
included; where a winner requests delivery elsewhere, any additional shipping
costs, import duties or taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6.6 TIEM is responsible for the accuracy of sizing information supplied to the winner, but the winner is responsible for selecting their size. TIEM's standard
returns and exchange policy applies to prize items in respect of sizing
exchanges only; prize items may not be returned for refund or store credit.

### 7. Claiming the prize

7.1 The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email and/or telephone using
the contact details held on their membership record, within 7 days of the
draw.

7.2 To claim, the winner must email **hello@tiemathletic.co.uk** with:
- their chosen shoe model, colour and size;
- their full delivery address;
- a contact telephone number for the courier.

7.3 Claims must be received within 21 days of the winner being notified.
If a winner does not respond within that period, or declines the prize, or the
contact details held for them are incorrect or out of date, the Promoter
reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner from the
remaining valid entries for that club.

7.4 The Promoter or TIEM may ask a winner to confirm their identity and
membership status before the prize is released.

7.5 Prizes will be dispatched within 5 working days of a valid, complete claim being
received. TIEM will provide tracking details where available.

### 8. Tax

8.1 Under Dutch gaming tax rules (kansspelbelasting), prizes with a value at or
below €449 fall within the exemption threshold. On the basis of the prize value
stated at 6.2, no gaming tax is expected to arise on this Promotion.

8.2 If the value of a prize were to exceed that threshold, the Promoter would be
responsible for accounting for any gaming tax due, and the prize value stated is
exclusive of such tax.

### 9. Personal data

9.1 For the purposes of this Promotion, the Promoter is the controller of
entrants' personal data. Entry data consists of the attendance records already
held by the club under its normal membership arrangements.

9.2 Where a winner emails TIEM to claim, TIEM will process that winner's name,
delivery address, telephone number and email address as an independent
controller, for the sole purpose of fulfilling and delivering the prize, and
will share it with its shipping provider for that purpose only.

9.3 TIEM will not add winners to its marketing mailing list on the basis of a
prize claim, and will not use claim data for marketing, unless the winner
separately opts in.

9.4 TIEM will retain winner’s delivery details for 12 months from dispatch for
the purposes of delivery queries, returns and its own accounting records, after
which they will be deleted.

9.5 Entrants and the winner have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request
erasure of their personal data, and to object to its processing. Requests
relating to entry and attendance data should be addressed to the Promoter at
privacy@davidlloyd.co.uk. Requests relating to prize fulfilment data should be
addressed to TIEM at hello@tiemathletic.co.uk. Both parties' full privacy

9.6 Complaints about the handling of personal data may be made to the Autoriteit
Persoonsgegevens.

### 10. Publicity

10.1  The winner may be asked, but is not required, to take part in publicity
including a photograph for use by the Promoter and TIEM on social media and in
marketing materials. Participation in publicity is not a condition of receiving
the prize, and any such use will be subject to the winner's separate written
consent.

10.2 The first name of the winner will be available from the General Manager at David Lloyd Capelle, unless the winner asks for their name to be withheld by contacting the Promoter.

### 11. Complaints

11.1 Any complaint about this Promotion should be made in writing to the
Promoter at capelle@davidlloyd.nl Complaints will be acknowledged within [5] working days.

11.2 If a complaint is not resolved to the complainant's satisfaction, it may be
referred to the Kansspelautoriteit.

### 12. General

12.1 By entering, members accept these terms and conditions.

12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably
believes has been made fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these terms —
including entries where the "Guest" is not a genuine non-member guest, or where
attendance has been recorded without the member and Guest actually taking part
in the class.

12.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to suspend or
cancel the Promotion, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make
this necessary. Any change will be published in-club and will not
disadvantage entries already validly made.

12.4 Neither the Promoter nor TIEM accepts liability for entries not recorded
due to technical failure of the booking system, nor for prizes lost, delayed or
damaged in transit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud.

12.5 Participation in indoor cycling classes remains subject to the Promoter's
standard club rules, health and safety requirements and health declarations.
Members and Guests should not take part in a class if they have a medical
condition that makes it unsuitable for them.

12.6 These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are subject to the
jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
