COVID-19 Update
In these difficult times, the wellbeing of our staff and customers is our top priority and we're doing everything we can to minimise any risk.
We are still accepting orders in the UK and Europe and shipping is currently operating as normal via our courier partners DPD.
All our orders are up to date and any orders taken before 1pm will be shipped on a Next Working Day service, delivery to UK mainland addresses is free.
We have also introduced a 'No Time Limit' Returns policy, so if you need to return an item you can do so whenever is convenient.
Working out at home
All TIEM Athletic Slipstream shoes are SDP cleat compatible, SPD cleats will clip into the majority of bike pedals. If however you are using a third party spin bike that uses a different type of cleat, you can now purchase SPD compatible pedals here.
Simply unscrew the existing pedals and replace with you new SPD pedals and you'll be all set.
